The Move Pillar
Notice the Body in Motion
The 'Move' pillar is my first invitation into active presence.
Inspired by the reflective nature of Zen-Yoga, this pillar is a movement-based practice centered on inward exploration rather than fitness or clinical outcome. It is a space to notice the body as it unfolds in motion, free from the pressure of achieving specific shapes, levels, or external results.

The Pace of Arrival
A Zen yoga inspired 45 minutes class unfolds at an unhurried pace, inviting you into a sequence of deliberate, reflective movement. We begin with gentle floor-based grounding, noticing the weight of the body against the earth before transitioning into slow, rhythmic standing sequences. The focus remains steadfastly on the sensation of the body in motion—the shift of weight, the curve of a spine, the expansive quality of a breath—rather than the attainment of a specific pose. Through this practice, you are encouraged to simply be with your movement as it is, arriving in the present moment through the natural architecture of your own physical expression.
